2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our programs. By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Digital Products & Access

All programs, ebooks, PDFs, meal plans, and workout guides are delivered electronically. Access is granted through your account on The B.A.T. Cave dashboard or via direct download link.
Your license is personal, non-transferable, and for individual use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post our materials.
We may update or improve program content at any time; updates may or may not be delivered retroactively to prior purchasers.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and processed securely through Stripe.
Purchases are one-time unless explicitly described as a subscription.
You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for the total order amount including any optional add-ons you select at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on digital programs. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll process a refund. Refund requests after 30 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Any testimonials, reviews, or example outcomes on our site reflect the experience of specific users and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Weight-management and metabolic outcomes depend on many factors, including genetics, consistency, diet, sleep, medical history, and lifestyle.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse our services.
